Change starts with knowledge. We believe in hosting vulnerable education sessions to help guide people to the best versions of themselves. Lets break mental health stigma together, one session at a time.
Join the 1-hour, virtual, workshop where you will have the opportunity to learn about suicide prevention, common misconceptions, and how to recognize when someone is in pain. All are welcome. By the end of the training you will know more about how to recognize the signs and risk factors of someone who may be at risk of suicide, and a basic understanding of how to speak to a friend or co-worker about feelings of suicide. We represent a safe space.
